2021 40 years of tmw Logistics AG
The best way is the goal.
tmw Logistics AG is founded in 1981 by Herbert Wunderli in St. Margrethen (SG). In 1989, son Michael joins the company and takes over the legal and operational management in 2009. Since 2015, Michael has already been able to pass on all his professional experience to son Maurice, who forms the 3rd generation of the company.
2019 AEO Authorization
In 2019, tmw Logistics GmbH in Austria will receive AEO approval from the Austrian customs authorities.
2014 AEO certificate
In 2014, tmw Logistics AG receives the AEO certificate from the Swiss Federal Customs Administration.
2012 Foundation tmw Logistics GmbH
In 2012, tmw Logistics GmbH is founded with headquarters in Austria, which is a 100% subsidiary of tmw Logistics AG Switzerland.
2009 The 2nd generation
In 2009, Herbert Wunderli hands over the legal and operational responsibility to his son Michael, who has been working for the company since 1989.
2000 ISO certification
Since 2000, the company has been certified according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
1981 Foundation
tmw Logistics AG is founded in 1981 and, under the leadership of Herbert Wunderli, develops into a handsome medium-sized family business.
The young company starts with a weekly rail collection service to what was then Yugoslavia. As a second mainstay, a daily truck collection service from southern Switzerland to all European countries is launched in 1982.
From 1989 to 1994, son Michael manages the sales office in Lugano in order to better serve the Ticino customers.
